 Freya is a sleeveless pullover for
Rascals and Princesses sizes 74 – 134.

When you hear the word sleeveless pullover, one first thinks of stuffy knitted sweaters worn by groomed children with bored faces.

But the Freya is the exact opposite, because Freya stands for:

– a fit with freedom to move and play
– a cuddly, warm feeling of security
– Overall comfort
– whether causal and cool, or dreamy and playful

Do you love the casual fit of a hoodie?
Are you looking for that perfect something for transitioning between seasons? Is the winter jacket too warm – the raincoat already too cold and sweaty?
Do you like it simple, but super cool or fancy and just right for a real princess? THEN you need the Freya – kids will love wearing it.

Now the annoying scarf becomes completely unnecessary. The cowled hood is available in two versions: one short and one long. You can also decrease/reduce the hood as you like.

Material:

The Freya is best sewn from fleece, (winter weight) sweatshirt, alpine fleece, knit/stretch wool (similar to “woolwalk”), quilted fabrics or thicker knitted fabrics.

In short: If you use fabrics that are a little thicker and stretchy, the Freya looks great.
You can always use jersey for the yoke, inner hood, and the pocket bags – a perfect way to sew up your great remnants of jersey.

If you want to use ONLY jersey, you should not use any seam allowance, as the Freya will be too big. The Freya is not suitable for Jersey alone.
